Hours:

Monday thru Friday: 8am - 5pm EST (2 weeks + 1 week nesting)

Hours of Operation: 7am - 7pm EST (following training)

Responsibilities
  • In This Role, You Will:
    • Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls, including water heaters, surge protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring options.
    • Potential for monthly and quarterly bonuses based on sales performance for meeting client mandated KPIs.
    • Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
    • Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into client system.
    • Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
    • Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties.
    • Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines.
    • Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls.
    • Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals.
Key Results Areas
  • Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time.
  • Achieve Quality Assurance goals.
  • Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.).
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines; able to effectively communicate with outside parties.
  • Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • One to two years' experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software applications.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.

For Remote Positions: Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work:

  • Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
  • Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed Test Results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload

Note: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
