Monday thru Friday: 8am - 5pm EST (2 weeks + 1 week nesting)
Hours of Operation: 7am - 7pm EST (following training)

- In This Role, You Will:
- Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls, including water heaters, surge protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring options.
- Potential for monthly and quarterly bonuses based on sales performance for meeting client mandated KPIs.
- Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
- Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into client system.
- Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
- Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties.
- Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines.
- Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals.
- Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time.
- Achieve Quality Assurance goals.
- Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.).
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines; able to effectively communicate with outside parties.
- Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- One to two years' experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software applications.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
For Remote Positions: Minimum internet speed requirements for remote work:
- Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
- Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
Note: Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
