• Manage gift orders, dining and dietary requests, and shore excursions for guests
• Answer incoming calls and accurately enter bookings into reservation systems
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships
• Assist accessible and non-accessible guests with planning shore excursions and shipboard needs
• Maintain high ethical standards while multitasking and prioritizing guest needs

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Holland America and Seabourn lines preferred

• Familiarity with the POLAR booking system, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under time constraints
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
