Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Travel Consultants. In this role, you will support clients with researching, planning, and booking customized travel experiences—ranging from tropical beach getaways to international adventures—while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicate effectively, and are interested in building a rewarding career in the travel industry. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, and no prior travel experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with vacation planning, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Provide destination insights, personalized recommendations, and professional travel guidance
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Handle end-to-end coordination of bookings and confirmations with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • No prior travel industry experience required; training and certification are provided
