Position: Virtual Assistant for a Management Consulting Company

We are looking for a motivated and experienced part‑time Virtual Assistant for a Digital Marketing campaign to join our team!

Your Mission Will Be To (Internal Admin Personnel)
  • Update Asana boards / data entry tasks
May Include
  • Data entry / document update / file organization
  • Responding to emails
  • Send / prepare simple reporting
  • Scheduler
  • Slack communication / update to internal team
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Has working knowledge of various online communication tools used in e‑commerce businesses and SaaS platforms.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Have handled customer support for international clients.
  • Has good problem solving skills.
  • Open to working in shifts.
  • Has a conducive remote working environment.
  • Has a stable internet connection, hardware and power – with backups in case of outages.
  • Amazing personality!
System Knowledge & Experience

Microsoft Office tools, and Google Suite applications, familiarity with CRMs or project management tools is a plus (Asana/ Up etc).

Working Conditions

Part time virtual assistance (10 hours / week). Monday to Friday. Schedule to be provided during the interview.
