• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to facilitate vehicle repurchases
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Secure required documentation by contacting relevant parties to expedite processes
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems
• Meet required performance metrics while managing multiple cases simultaneously

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work shifts during the center's operational hours (Monday to Friday)

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with vehicle processing or automotive industry
