Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent

Overview

Aspen Dental is hiring a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent. This is a work-from-home role partnering with patients to schedule appointments and improve access to care. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Virtual training classes begin soon.

• Schedule appointments with patients as the first point of contact, including new patients, and inform them about Aspen Dental services
• Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment, addressing questions and concerns with compassion
• Listen empathetically, assess patient needs, and use customer service techniques to set appointments and meet goals
• Additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality) preferred; ability to answer calls in a high-volume environment
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Tech-savvy; able to navigate provided technology efficiently
• Must have a wired internet connection (Cable/Fiber) with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, within 6 feet of the router
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Some evening and weekend availability

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses and pay increases at 90 and 180 days
