• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, and state agencies to complete vehicle repurchases
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail
• Secure required documentation to expedite the return of repurchase documents
• Track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in call centers, retail, restaurants, or similar roles
• Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, primarily Monday to Friday

• Experience in a customer service role involving vehicle repurchases or similar processes
• Familiarity with documentation systems relevant to vehicle management
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced work environment
