This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist, located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The specialist will address customer needs through various communication channels, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions to enhance user experience.
