Overview
Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, guiding them through their online shopping experience and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in providing effective communication while assisting clients with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and any other issues related to our retail operations. As a key part of our customer service team, you will help enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding online retail inquiries
- Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our services and product offerings
- Stay informed about current promotions, product availability, and retail trends
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in online retail, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for online shopping and enhancing customer experiences
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
