• Handle incoming calls related to orders, billing, account maintenance, and technical support
• Provide accurate and empathetic responses to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues using internal tools and resources

• Assist with order placement, returns, exchanges, and shipment tracking
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in company systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex inquiries
• Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience

• High School Diploma required
• Basic customer service and phone handling experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
