Overview

Join to apply for the Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent role at Aspen Dental
. Work from home as a Spanish bilingual Scheduling Center Agent where you will partner with patients to schedule their appointment(s), providing them critical access to care and improved dental health.

Aspen Dental has over 1000 locations focused on providing dental services to all patients. We aim to break down barriers that make it hard for patients to maintain dental health, including affordability, transparency, and access.

We have full-time and part-time positions available. Virtual training classes begin soon. This role offers career development and opportunities to improve your quality of life while helping patients.

Job Duties
  • Work with patients to schedule appointments as the first point of contact for new patients; call to book an appointment or learn about Aspen Dental services
  • Answer inbound calls in a high-volume environment, handling questions and concerns compassionately
  • Listen empathetically and think critically to understand patient needs; use trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments
  • Focus on appointment acceptance and customer care to reach individual and call center goals
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred); ability to answer calls in a high-volume call center environment strongly preferred
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, goal- and consumer-driven environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate provided technology efficiently
  • Internet requirements:
    Cable/Fiber connection, wired within 6 feet of the router, minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant private workspace
  • Some evening and weekend scheduling availability
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days
