Monthly Pay: $4,100 – $4,600
SummaryThe Remote Client Relations Coordinator focuses on maintaining positive client relationships through ongoing communication and support. This role plays a key part in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate client requests and internal follow-ups.
- Monitor satisfaction and address service concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Support onboarding and account updates.
- Assist in improving client engagement strategies.
- Background in customer relations or account coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
- Home-based workspace required.
