Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Streaming Service Department. In this engaging role, you will provide top-quality support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our streaming platform and enhancing their overall viewing experience.
Your ability to communicate effectively in Dutch will be key as you assist clients with inquiries about account management, content availability, and troubleshooting technical issues. With your knowledge and passion for streaming, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance user experience
- Guide customers through subscription processes, content inquiries, and account settings
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support and content teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our service offerings
- Stay informed about current trends in online streaming and updates to our platform
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for online streaming and a commitment to providing a superior customer experience
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
