Disaster Relief Call Center Representative
Remote Work-at-Home | Part-Time | Hourly + Bonus | No Resume Required, Entry-Level
We are seeking agents to work as needed in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. Candidates accepted for this role will be e-mailed and texted on an as-needed basis. Hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

- Assist customers with service inquiries

- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels
We aim to provide exceptional solutions to customer requests and learn our account management systems while supporting customers during disaster relief efforts. A positive, engaged, team-oriented attitude is essential.
Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ wpm)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Windows
- Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team and customers
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Willingness to submit to up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; offers contingent on results
- Willingness to submit to drug screening; offers contingent on results
