Donation Specialist ,you’ll play a crucial role in supporting non-profit organizations byprocessing donations.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations.

Provide outstanding service to our valued donors.

Accuratelyenter information into our database.

Followup with donors and exceed performance metrics.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

6months remote or 1 year in a brick-and-mortar role.

Strong verbal communication skills and a reliable internet connection.

Abilityto work flexible hours and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
