As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Bath & Cabinet Experts — creating positive customer connections while setting appointments that help homeowners move forward with life‑changing bath and kitchen projects. You will:

• Engage with prospective customers over the phone to set sales appointments
• Communicate product value and educate homeowners
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with energy and professionalism
• Log accurate information in our CRM and meet performance goals

  Qualifications:
  
  Energetic communicator, 1+ year call center or related experience, excellent phone skills, task-oriented, remote work ready, and comfortable with goals and performance expectations.

• Confirming and qualifying in‑home sales appointments
• Managing accurate schedules for Design Consultants
• Handling inbound/outbound confirmation calls

• Communicating with sales leadership and tracking quality outcomes

  Qualifications:
  
  2+ years of call center, confirmations, or sales experience, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
