As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the planning and booking process, and help ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, policies, and procedures
• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication
• Follow company service standards and operational guidelines
• Document client interactions and updates in company systems
• Support clients before, during, and after travel as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based systems

• Interest in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
