We are seeking talented CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS for our remote National Accounts Team. Our call center is open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, overnight, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure we have consistent support for our commercial customers.

You will…
- Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 50 mpbs upload and 100 mpbs download or higher
, high speed internet connection. We will provide the computer and technical equipment necessary to be successful in this role - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key business executives and stakeholders
- Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service with 100% accuracy
- Retain business by offering several remedies to prevent account cancellations
- Manage high volume inbound calls and email requests
- Identify opportunities to add additional services to increase the value of the property
- Use different gamification methods as a tool to measure performance
- Variety of Schedules (Schedule may include nights, weekends, overnight and holidays); based on business needs
- Three-week quality Training Program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be successful
- Gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement virtually

- 2+ years customer service, sales, or account management of major/national accounts experience
