Pay:
Starting at $21.00 per hour.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-helping them with service questions, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with service requests, billing, or account changes
* Resolving customer concerns with clarity, care, and a positive attitude
* Using company systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Preparing service orders, change of address forms, and account adjustments
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent service
* Occasionally assisting at the front desk/reception area
* Promoting goodwill and offering additional services where appropriate
What You Bring to the Table
* 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!)
* Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Email
* Fast, accurate typing & 10-key skills
* Great organization, multitasking, and communication abilities
* A calm and professional demeanor-even under pressure
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to work in-office (remote work may be requested during temporary protocols)
