In your first few months, you will learn how to help all types of customers effectively and efficiently, mainly through phone calls and emails while also learning about our different departments ensuring your success.

Shift is Monday-Friday with the possibility of rotating Saturdays during the busy seasons (March to Sept)

40 hours a week guaranteed.

Job Duties
  • Inbound customer service calls for existing customers
  • Responding to customer emails and text messages
  • New customer onboarding and verification
  • Outbound billing, scheduling, quality assurance follow up calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Inbound Sales
  • Account Retention
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Pass a background check
  • Computer and Typing experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

Customer service and phone skills experience preferred.
