• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1+ year of work experience required
• Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center environment preferred
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications

• Experience in a high-volume call environment with several computer windows open
• Previous interaction with patients regarding medical information
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
