• Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency solutions
• Assist customers with program enrollment, visit scheduling, and technical inquiries
• Navigate various support scripts and platforms to address customer needs
• Manage multiple customer interactions, including phone calls, chat, and email
• Track personal performance data and progress in real time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center setting
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms

• Previous experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
