Life Insurance Specialist

Description

Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance.

Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.

Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc.

This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs. This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis.

Candidates must have the soft skills needed for the role - the ability to build a relationship over the phone, demonstrate empathy, and handle tough/escalated phone calls.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
