• Maintain performance metrics and access personal progress data in real time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role; call center experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple platforms

• Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• A sales‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
