• Manage attendee registration projects, ensuring compliance with corporate and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Coordinate hotel accommodations, meeting database updates, and attendee communication
• Provide onsite preparation assistance and technical support for virtual events
• Research 3rd party vendor options and manage financial processes for limited-service events
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed, acting as lead Program Manager for events

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the meetings industry
• Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
• Experience with database management programs, preferably Cvent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, including advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of Cvent functionalities, including room shares and event payments
