• Provide inbound customer support related to energy efficiency programs and services
• Navigate multiple platforms to assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and educational support
• Maintain a commitment to performance metrics and goals during customer interactions
• Manage various types of customer interactions, including phone, chat, and email
• Access and utilize personal performance data in real-time to improve service delivery

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role; call center experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist customers effectively
