• Provide exceptional customer support to utility customers focused on energy efficiency
• Navigate multiple platforms and support various programs, including visit scheduling and customer enrollment
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with technical inquiries and program education
• Utilize support scripts and provide assistance via chat/email interactions when necessary
• Monitor personal performance data and progress in real time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls in a call center environment preferred

• Sales-oriented with a focus on customer service satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple platforms
• A proactive “How can I help you?” attitude
• Comfort with a structured work schedule, including set lunches and breaks
