Customer Service Support Representative; Remote

• Act as a liaison between the employer, the customer base, and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests regarding products or services via inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
• Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required

• Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
• Current or previous experience with the employer is preferred
• Prior healthcare industry experience, such as in a physician's office or a hospital, is a plus
• Experience with  and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
