• Work remotely from your home office, managing high-volume inbound calls and email requests
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key business executives and stakeholders
• Ensure best-in-class service and 100% accuracy in customer relationships
• Retain business by offering remedies to prevent account cancellations
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to increase value for customers

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management for major/national accounts
• Ability to pass a computer assessment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile, multi-location, and/or high-revenue commercial accounts

• Experience with various software and web-based applications
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Flexibility with schedule and work hours to align with business needs
