Practice Support Representative

• Answer inbound calls, assisting customers with website tools and device uploading processes
• Investigate and correct failed fax numbers for physicians
• Troubleshoot uploading issues for Overnight Pulse Oximetry tests
• Process and validate test orders when needed
• Assist in cross-training co-workers for customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service/support experience
• Proficient in MS Internet Explorer, Excel, and various MS Office programs
• Strong knowledge of Oximetry and Sleep testing equipment and processes
• Excellent phone manner and call quality

• Experience with medical terminology, DME coordination, or clinic administrative tasks
• Ability to navigate multiple internal systems and troubleshoot issues
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent production abilities and multitasking capabilities
