• Answer inbound phone calls to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance policies, claims, and billing

• Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
• Stay current on product changes, licensing, and continuing education requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license after 90 days of employment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively

• Experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a dedication to customer service excellence
• Ability to learn and adapt to new computer functions and technologies
