At Edward Jones, field associates form branch teams, usually two or three people. In a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team alongside the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call, the first face they see when they walk in. You help clients identify problems early, working with the advisor to achieve their financial goals.

Role

Summary:

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you support the financial advisor and client support team by managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role offers growth in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Compensation

Hiring Minimum: $21.38
Hiring Maximum: $23.14

  • Administrative & operational support: schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes.
  • Technology proficiency:
    Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
