What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Deliver consistent customer service by answering 50+ inbound calls daily and maintaining high talk time
  • Ensure accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
  • Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues to sales as needed
  • Maintain precise records and documentation in CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with teammates and sales partners to enhance customer interactions and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience, preferably with the employer
  • Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
