Doodler is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-focused, and comfortable supporting products across brands, offering technical support to a diverse customer base, including parents, grandparents, educators, and creators. This role will require a deep understanding of Wobblewo Works' product lines and will need to work closely with cross‑functional teams, often acting as the voice of the customer.

What you’ll do in this role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure every interaction reflects the Wobble Works’/3

Doodler’s commitment to creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction. By listening carefully and following up when needed, you’ll help create positive experiences that build trust and long‑term loyalty. You will seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and support processes and work with the appropriate team leaders to develop and manage solutions. Day‑to‑day, responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to multichannel inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Process replacements and warranty claims in accordance with company policies
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support processes
Maintain up‑to‑date product and consumer knowledge
  • Troubleshoot product issues (including basic technical support for 3

    Doodler and Scrib3d products)
  • Educate customers on product usage, safety, and best practices
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives with seasonal promotions and programs
Cross‑Functional Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure brand consistency
  • Escalate complex or recurring issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to share customer feedback and insights What we’re looking for
    • 2-4 years of customer service experience (e-commerce or consumer products preferred)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of cross‑functional team collaboration
    • Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems, such as Zendesk or similar, order management tools, and international shipping systems
    • Confident with basic tech troubleshooting
    • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail
    • Patient, empathetic, and customer‑first mindset
    • A willingness to learn
    Bonus points if you have
    • Experience supporting technical consumer products
    • Experience supporting parents, educators, or international customers
    • Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or warranty processes
    • Multilingual, especially French and/or German.

    This is planned as a remote US-based role. US hires must be based in any of the following states: GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA, WI. The ideal candidate is based in EST or CST.

    The salary range for this role starts at US $35,000-US $38,000 and is based on experience and location. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a 401k matching program, paid vacation & sick days, holiday time off, and employee discounts.
