• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Open availability for a seasonal position
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

• Experience with fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Proficiency in using a desktop or laptop computer
• Familiarity with specific internet connection requirements
