- Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while ensuring accuracy and quality service
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails regarding claims and new housing requests
- Update and maintain the hotel database for accuracy and uniformity
- Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and compliance
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and insurance products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry
- Proven problem-solving and resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience with customer service or support roles
