• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability as this is a seasonal position
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

• Desktop or laptop device that meets specified requirements for work
• High-speed internet connection with specific speed requirements
