Inside Sales Rep – Tech Products; Remote

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in completing purchases and provide post-order support
• Engage customers with probing questions to identify their needs
• Persuade customers to purchase additional products and services
• Maintain knowledge of client products including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables

• Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• Strong focus on building customer relationships
• Basic understanding of upselling and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
• A quiet, distraction-free home working environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
