We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to Travel to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you’ll design and book customized travel itineraries while delivering concierge-level service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with clients to create tailored travel plans
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, cars, tours, and events
- Provide ongoing client support and manage itinerary updates
- Use booking platforms and supplier systems to complete reservations
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or applicable region)
