What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and empower regional Customer Success teams to achieve world-class service performance and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to align service delivery and customer engagement strategies
  • Champion customer satisfaction and manage escalations to ensure high NPS and loyalty
  • Serve as the communication hub between Sales, Finance, and local service teams to drive innovation
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with service operations and Health & Safety standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in Customer Service or Customer Success managing multi-country operations
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and NPS
  • Lean/Six Sigma expertise for enhancing service quality and efficiency
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of budgets and after-sales performance
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Salesforce or Service Max
  • Strong change management skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Experience managing large, high-performing teams
