We are seeking organized, service-driven individuals to join our team as Experience Planning Specialists
. In this remote role, you will assist clients with coordinating personalized leisure arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience from consultation through completion.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients, managing details, and delivering high-quality service. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and budgets

Research and coordinate accommodations, transportation, and related services

Manage reservations, confirmations, and client documentation

Prepare detailed summaries and itineraries

Communicate with partners and vendors to ensure accurate arrangements

Handle updates, schedule changes, and alternative solutions professionally

Maintain organized client records and service details

Provide timely, responsive customer support throughout the planning process

• Reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
