Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strong advocate for customers, representing their needs within the organization
  • Build trusting relationships and provide day-to-day support to executive sponsors and key strategic practices
  • Partner with customers to ensure full utilization of Lightning Bolt Scheduling for desired business outcomes
  • Monitor system utilization and service request data to identify risks and resolve issues proactively
  • Lead client retention efforts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services
  • 2+ years of experience in supporting SaaS products, with a preference for healthcare software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available to travel up to 25%
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply scheduling solutions to customer challenges

  • Experience with scheduling workflows
  • Proven ability to drive process change and user adoption
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service mindset and strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
