As a Work-from-Home Donation Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting non-profit organizations by processing donations.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls to process donations.
- Provide outstanding service to our valued donors.
- Accurately enter information into our database.
- Follow up with donors and exceed performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months remote or 1 year in a brick-and-mortar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work flexible hours and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Work from the comfort of your home.
