Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Travel Advisors. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized travel experiences, including vacations, cruises, and international trips.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working independently in a virtual environment. Training and ongoing support are provided, and no prior travel industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with end-to-end travel planning, flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Research and compare travel options to identify the best solutions for client needs and budgets
  • Provide destination insights, recommendations, and professional travel guidance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
  • Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and industry updates
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
  • No prior experience required; training and certification provided
