• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in completing purchases and provide post-order support
• Engage customers with probing questions to understand their needs
• Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services
• Document and track customer interactions and maintain product knowledge

• Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
• Strong focus on building customer relationships
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and effective communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment

• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
