What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Work remotely from your home office, managing customer relationships to ensure top‑notch service

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed (minimum 100 mbps download / 50 mbps upload)
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment

  • Experience in a high‑volume customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software/web‑based applications
