Member Services Representative

TEKsystems is hiring a fully remote healthcare member services representatives!
** Must be a MN resident*

Job Duties:

- Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan.

- Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc.

- All candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice.

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of healthcare customer service experience

+ 2+ years of call center experience

+ Strong computer skills

+ Must have an ethernet internet connection and a private work area to be able to work from home.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
