About the Role

We’re expanding our travel network and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Virtual Trip Coordinators
. In this role, you’ll assist clients with planning and organizing their travel experiences—from weekend getaways and cruises to international adventures—all from the comfort of your home.

• Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and excursions

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences

• Provide destination insights, recommendations, and up-to-date travel information

Ensure smooth communication between clients and travel suppliers

Maintain accurate records of bookings and itineraries

Full training and ongoing professional support

• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
