• Investigate and build timelines for customer disputes or complaints claims using a full set of tools
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and disputes empathetically and professionally
• Make fair decisions based on thorough investigations, adhering to regulations and internal policies
• Provide customer support through various communication mediums, focusing on in-app chat and email
• Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate insights to management and teams

• Willingness to work hours between 9 am - 6 pm EST or PST, Monday to Friday
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries
• Experience in a support/service role for a financial services company or technical support organization
• Organizational skills to navigate multiple systems while communicating effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently and arrive at the right outcomes for customers

• Previous experience in a training or coaching role
• Interest in financial technology
• Experience managing cross-functional projects
