Position Overview

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our field-based Mobile Specialists (Technicians) across the country. This remote position ensures seamless daily operations by coordinating systems, order management, communications, parts sourcing, and quality control. You will be assigned to a specific operational zone—typically covering 3–4 cities—and work closely with managers to align on goals, maintain workflow efficiency, and deliver outstanding service to our B2B and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational support to Mobile Specialists in the field.
  • Create and manage service orders within internal systems.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Source and coordinate parts and materials as needed for field operations.
  • Perform quality checks on completed work orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review, process, and bill invoices accurately and timely.
  • Take inbound phone calls from both B2B and B2C accounts, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve performance goals and maintain a productive, efficient zone.
  • Support additional functions in billing, sales, and customer relations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in operations, dispatch, customer service, or administrative support (automotive or fleet industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office software (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
